HOW TO REACH THE CONFERENCE VENUE

BY PLANE:
the nearest airport is Brescia Montichiari (20 Km), a small airport served by a few budget flights (Ryanair) from London Stansted in the UK. It is called Aeroporto Gabriele d'Annunzio, and is located at Montichiari, to the south-east of Brescia, near Lake Garda. A shuttle bus (Aerobus) connects the airport with Brescia bus station (autostazione, box n. 23) located just outside the railway station, to the right. Tickets are sold at the ticket office in the airport or on board, the price is €7.50 one-way. The journey takes around 25 minutes.

Other airports: Bergamo Orio al Serio (50 km)
A company called Autostradale operates a coach service five times a day to Brescia which stops at the bus station alongside Brescia railway station. This journey takes an hour and costs €10.

Verona Villafranca (60 km)
An aerobus service is available all days every 20 minutes from Verona airport to Verona railway station, fare € 5.00. Trains to Brescia are very frequent and the journey takes about 35/45 minutes, depending on the kind of train.

Milano Linate (100 km)
Linate is the closest airport to the centre of Milan. The airport is mostly used for domestic and European flights. From Linate an efficient coach service runs directly to Piazza Luigi di Savoia, next to Stazione Centrale. The bus runs every 30 minutes during the day, the journey takes 30 minutes and costs €2.

Milano Malpensa (150 km)
Malpensa is the principal airport for Milan, serving airlines and flights from all around the world. A fast rail service, the half-hourly Malpensa Express train, connects the airport to Cadorna Stazione Nord in Milan. A ticket costs €9, and the journey takes 50 minutes. There is also a direct shuttle bus service every 20 minutes from Malpensa to Milan Central Railway Station (Piazza Luigi di Savoia). The journey takes around an hour, and costs around €5.

Milan Central Railway station is connected to Brescia by frequent Eurostar and Regional trains.
Travel time is 46 minutes by Eurostar and about 1 hour and 10 minutes by Regional trains.

BY BUS:
Line 3 Mandolossa – Rezzato (Virle) connects Brescia to Rezzato centre. The bus stop is located in Via Solferino near the railway station (straight up to the traffic light and then on the right). The ticket can be purchased at the tobacconists’ outside the railway station, on the left.
The cost is € 1,35, zones 1 and 2. If you buy it on board the price is € 1,50. Not all line 3 buses stop at Rezzano, so verify it before taking the bus. From the stop in Rezzato the hotel is far about 100 metres.

BY CAR: From the A4 Milan-Venice motorway take the Brescia Est exit (3 km). Once you have passed the toolboth, take the turning on your right (BRESCIA-VERONA-LAGO DI GARDA direction), then go straight on towards SALO’. After the Agip petrol station that you will find on your right, take the exit VERONA-BRESCIA-MAZZANO on your right. At the roundabout take the direction
BRESCIA and keep on going straight on. At the 3rd traffic light go straight ahead for 200 metres and then you will find the gate of Villa Fenaroli Palace hotel on your right.
